As an inveterate honker, moving to LA, where no one uses their horn, was severe culture shock. Here is my contribution:
LA: no one honks
Porsche guy on phone cuts me off
I give him stink eye
LA rush hour
My horn blares its lonely cry
It gets no answer
And here are my thoughts on Japanese car horns, which are way too polite-sounding:
Toyota Landcruiser
I am emasculated
Mighty truck, wee beep
